History
In 2013-14, The National Center for Economic Gardening and the Edward Lowe Foundation worked with the Rural Utah Economic Gardening Demonstration Project partners to provide services to businesses in several rural counties Utah. The process provided professional training and certification to establish a cadre of economic gardening expertise in the State of Utah. Additionally, it allowed Utah to assess the results of economic gardening in terms of business growth among those companies who participated.
